This report was put together rapidly for a client facing immediate funding
and logistical challenges with technology. This report and accompanying budget
helped the client communicate it's funding needs to foundations.
This Web site for a new nonprofit was conceived, spec'd, built and launched
in record time—less than four weeks. I helped the client define and
prioritize their requirements and then find a vendor with the capacity to
implement. I project managed the implementation and intermediated between
the client and the vendor until the site was launched.
This client had so many problems they couldn't agree on where to start.
This report helped to get the staff and board on the same page, prioritize,
and move forward.
This shows how I managed the restructuring of this Web site: Added
features, removed clutter, and improving it both for users and site
administrators. A case study in doing more with less.
